The method of serving a Subpoena Duces Tecum for 911 tapes or radio messages is similar to that of serving a Subpoena Duces Tecum for Police Records. However, the tapes of radio and telephone conversations are only kept for thirty (30) days. Therefore, you must subpoena copies as soon as possible.
