Do You Qualify for Tax Clinic
Representation?
In order to be considered for Tax Clinic representation, the
terms of our federal
grant require that you meet the following criteria:
1. You must have a current dispute with the Internal Revenue
Service; 2. There must be no more than $50,000 in controversy
for any single tax year; 3. Your current income must be less
than 250% of the United States-established federal poverty guidelines,
which are currently as follows:

If your family size is more than 8persons, add $9,350 for each
additional member. So, for example, if your family size is 9 members,
your income must not be greater than $92,525 + $9,350, or $101,
875.
Please also be advised that the Clinic cannot always accept as
clients all individuals that meet these criteria and otherwise
qualify for representation.
