ACS and the University of Pennsylvania Law School ACS Chapter are pleased to announce the 2013 Constance Baker Motley National Student Writing Competition, an annual national student writing competition in honor of Constance Baker Motley, a civil rights attorney and the first African-American woman appointed to the federal bench. The submission deadline is Friday, February 22, 2013.
