Student Worker Needed
The Office of Admissions is looking for a law student who
is available to work part-time (approximately five to ten
hours per week) during the Spring 2005 semester to assist
with admissions mailings, give tours of the law school,
and contact prospective students to answer their questions
about Chicago-Kent. Shifts may be scheduled in two-hour
time blocks, Monday through Friday, and can be tailored
to fit your class schedule. The position pays $9.00 per
hour. If you are hardworking, customer-service oriented
and would like to work in a friendly, high-energy office,
please stop by the Office of Admissions, Suite 230, to pick
up an application. Applications are also available online
and may be submitted via email to Erica Scott, Assistant
Director of Admissions, at escott@kentlaw.edu.
Show your enthusiasm for Chicago-Kent! Join the
Chicago-Kent Advocates and help us recruit next year's entering
class.
Throughout the year, the Office of Admissions seeks assistance
from current law students to help us in continuing to attract
an interesting and diverse student body to the law school. If
you would like to share your enthusiasm about Chicago-Kent
with prospective students, you should consider joining the
Chicago-Kent Advocates, a student group created to promote
Chicago-Kent to prospective students. Advocates help the
Office of Admissions with various on-campus events (such
as open houses and dean's programs) as well as with off-campus
recruiting. Participation is completely voluntary, and Advocates
only attend the events that work with their schedules.
For more information, please e-mail Julie Rosenberg, Associate
Director of Admissions, (jrosenberg@kentlaw.edu)
or drop by the Office of Admissions, Suite 230.
