CHANGES TO SPRING 2002
SCHEDULE OF CLASSES

Some of the changes listed below were announced before the end of the Fall. Please review the list carefully.

New Classes and Sections
Estates and Trusts: A second day section of this course has been added to the Spring schedule. It will be taught by Professor Philip Hablutzel and will meet Tuesdays and Fridays, 10:20 - 11:45 a.m. and Thursdays, 10:20-11:40 a.m. The exam will be on Tuesday, May 7, 2002, at 8:30 a.m. The course number is 311-002 (4 credits).

Cancelled Courses
The following Spring courses have been canceled, most due to inadequate enrollment:

Banking Law
Comparative Tort Law seminar
Estate Planning (J.D. section - the LL.M. section has not been canceled)
Gift and Estate Tax (evening section)
International Business Transactions (evening section)
Legal and Economic Transition in Southeastern Europe and the Balkans
State Constitutional Law seminar
Other Changes & Corrections
Employment Relationships: The course number was listed incorrectly on the Spring schedule. The correct course number is 391-051 (not 365-051). If you have already registered for the course, you do not need to do anything further; we have made the necessary corrections in the system.

Famous American Trials Seminar: This course will meet on Thursdays from 6:00 - 7:50 p.m. in the Spring semester.  Although it was listed correctly as a Thursday course in the Schedule of Classes and in the Online Registration System, it was mistakenly shown as a Tuesday course in the Evening Division "grid" that accompanied the Registration Bulletin and final Schedule.
