The Honorable Patrick Higginbotham,
senior judge on the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circut, will
give a guest lecture by videoconference in Prof. Moss's Rule of Law seminar on
Thursday, September 25, 4:00-5:30pm in Rm. C20
. The lecture is open to
all. Judge Higginbotham will be discussing the role of the judiciary in implementing
the rule of law.
