Flu Shots. IIT Student Health Services will give flu shots at the Law School for students, faculty, and staff on Monday, October 24, from 4:00-8:00 pm, in Rm. 510. Shots will cost $20. You may pay by cash or check (made out to Illinois Institute of Technology), or you can prepay on the Student Health Services web site by clicking here.
Chicago-Kent Law Review Symposium: October 13-14. The Law Review will be co-hosting a symposium on Women’s Legal History: A Global Perspective on October 13-14. There will be a brief introduction and keynote address on Thursday, beginning at 5 pm, and panels all day Friday, beginning at 8:45 am. Panel discussions will include: Law, Gender, and Politics in the “Old World”; Law and Women’s Activism in an International Context; Women Professionals, Law, and the Creation of International and Interdisciplinary Dialogues; and Women’s Bodies and the Body Politic. Dean Harris’ Annual C-K Futbol Match. J.D. and LL.M. students are invited to join the Office of International Law and Policy at its annual “futbol match” on Saturday, October 15, at 1:00 pm at the IIT Main Campus field located on the corner of 31st and Michigan.
