Office Hours

The Office of Administration office hours are:  

            Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM until 5:00 PM. 

Reserving a Room at the Downtown Campus

Faculty, staff, students and student organizations can reserve rooms at the Downtown Campus for meetings, study, speaker events, etc.  Please pickup and complete a room reservation form in the the Office of Administration, Room 265.  A memo will be sent to you confirming your reservation within 24 hours. 

Student Employment for the Fall Term

A new payroll authorization must be completed by all student employees who work after August 22, 1998 ("Fall Term").  Payroll Authorization forms are available in the Office of Administration, room 265. IIT Student Payroll Schedule. 

Building Hours for the Fall Term

Sunday                                     9:45 AM  until  11:15 PM 
Monday thru Thursday            7:15 AM  until  11:15 PM 
Friday                                       7:15 AM  until    9:45 PM 
Saturday                                   8:15 AM  until    8:15 PM

Shuttle Bus Schedule

IIT operates a shuttle bus service between the main and downtown campuses with other designated stops in between.  Please stop by the lobby front desk to pick up a copy of this schedule or jump to the IIT Shuttle Bus Schedule web site.
