Fall 2003 Student Employment
(Posted 08/05/03)

A new payroll authorization must be completed by all student employees who will continue to work for you after August 17, 2003 (note: the "Fall Term", for payroll purposes, begins on August 18, 2003). Payroll authorizations are available in the OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATION AND FINANCE, SUITE 265 or you can obtain the Payroll Authorization on-line at "www.iit.edu/~controller/payauth.html".

The payroll authorization should be filled out completely listing August 18, 2003 or after (if the student's official start date is after 8/18) as the "Effective Date" of employment. The faculty member or administrator should fill in the account number, sign the payroll authorization in the "Department Head" section and have the student submit the form to my office for processing.
