If you wish to have your current Summer Student Assistant(s)
continue for the fall semester, now is the time to complete
a new Payroll Authorization (P/A). The current P/A on file
expires as of 08/25/2007. A new P/A must be completed with
Effective Date: 08/26/2007.
The End Date can be either:

Failure to complete a P/A to rehire the student will result
in him/her being removed from Payroll.
Remember, during the school year when classes are in session
a full-time student can only work a maximum of 20 hours/week.
During the Christmas/New Year Holiday break, the week of
spring break and during the summer session, students are
allowed to work a maximum of 40 hours/week.
