2011 Commencement Ceremony

Graduates: You MUST arrive no later than 1:15 p.m. Please go directly to the Graduate Robing Room (entrance will be to the right of the main doors-southwest corner of building) between 12:15-1:15 p.m. to pick-up your name card and to line-up.
Guests: Theater doors open for general seating at 1:30 p.m. and close at 2:20 p.m. Guests who arrive after 2:20 p.m. will be seated after graduates and faculty process. Seating is unassigned and we encourage larger parties to arrive early if you wish to sit together. Guests with special assistance tickets may begin seating at 1:15 p.m.
The ceremony will last approximately 2 hours. A champagne reception will immediately follow in a tent across the street. The ceremony and reception typically last a combined total of three hours.
