Please visit the Commencement Portal for other details about your Commencement ceremony.
Alumni Legacy Hooders
The Chicago-Kent tradition of Alumni Legacy Hooding allows a graduate to be hooded by an alumni relative during the ceremony. If you are an immediate relative of a Chicago-Kent alumnus/a and would like him/her to hood you at the ceremony, please email firstname.lastname@example.org for additional details.
Please note that this person must be both an alumnus of Chicago-Kent College of Law and an immediate relative of yours. Unfortunately there are no exceptions to this rule.
All Alumni Legacy Hooders will participate in the graduation processional and recessional and therefore will be sitting on the stage throughout the ceremony. Legacy Hooders do NOT need a graduation ticket. Legacy Hooders will wear caps and gowns and will pick up their regalia in the Faculty Robing Room on graduation day.

Marc Korman '89 is a partner and agent with William Morris Endeavor in Los Angeles, CA, representing television and movie writers and directors. Prior to moving to Hollywood, Korman worked for the Cook County Public Defender's office, a local law firm, and started his own firm. Korman started as an entry-level business affairs executive at Fox Television Studios in Los Angeles, and then worked as a business affairs executive for another small production company. Come listen to Korman discuss how to make the most of your law degree in a nontraditional career path and to follow your passion.
The Alumni in Alternative Career’s Roundtable is a unique opportunity to informally meet Chicago-Kent alumni who are successful outside traditional law firm and legal in-house employment. Start a dialogue with these accomplished graduates to discover their best and worst decisions and how their law degrees have influenced their success. Sponsored by the Dean’s Office and the Chicago-Kent Alumni Association.
