Student Organization Funding Request Form

This form is for Student Organizations requesting funds for joint student and alumni events. It must be submitted at least two months in advance of your event. We regret that the Office of Alumni Relations cannot fund any events to which alumni are not invited or events involving religious holidays.

The maximum you can request is $300, however in order to receive the maximum, your organization must demonstrate need. The more details you provide in this form, the better the likelihood that you will receive full funding. All fields are required.
