Mail Request form for Student Organizations and Faculty

This form is for Student Organizations, Faculty, or Departments wishing to request inclusion in the monthly Alumni e-newsletter or to request a targeted email to alumni. This form must be submitted at least 3 weeks in advance of your event for events not requiring RSVPs, and at least 5 weeks in advance for events requiring RSVPs.

All fields are required.

Please note: Mail services to alumni from student organizations are granted on a limited basis. Organizations are required to provide print and postage funding. If you need funding assistance, you may submit a funding request to the Office of Alumni Relations.
