                    issues affecting single-member limited liability companies and qualified Subchapter

Confirmation of Attendance:  A certificate of attendance will be provided at registration. 

Cancellations and Refunds:  Written notification of cancellation is required.  A full tuition refund is available if notification is received prior to April 9, 1999; 25% will be charged if notification is received between April 9 and April 29, 1999.  No refunds will be granted after April 29, 1999. 

CLE/CPE Credit: 10.75 hours on a "60-minute" credit hour; 12.90 hours on a "50-minute" credit hour.  Chicago-Kent College of Law is a State Bar of Pennsylvania accredited provider of MCLE and an accredited provider of MCLE in many states.
