Luncheon and Conversation with Paul Igasaki 

On Tuesday, February 22, 2000, the Institute for Law and the Workplace is sponsoring a special opportunity for students to meet Paul Igasaki, Vice Chair of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC).  The event will be hosted on the 10th floor from 11:45 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. and a sandwich/salad luncheon buffet will be served.  Mr. Igasaki plans to speak about the role and future direction of the EEOC and then open the floor to questions. 

All students in labor and employment law are encouraged to attend. Please rsvp your attendance by email to lerkmani no later than Thursday, February 17.  Please note that space is limited. 

The Distinguished Labor Leader Lecture Series 
The Labor Movement and Our Childrenís Future 

On Thursday, March 2, The Institute for Law and the Workplace, Chicago-Kent College of Law and the Chicago Federation of Labor, AFL-CIO will present the second annual Distinguished Labor Leader Lecture, The Labor Movement and Our Childrenís Future, featuring Sandra Feldman, President, American Federation of Teachers, AFL-CIO.  The lecture will take place in the 
Richard B. Ogilvie Auditorium at 12:00 noon.  There will be a reception immediately 
following the Lecture. 

All students, faculty and staff are invited to attend.
