STUDENTS INTERESTED IN CURRENT FEDERAL TAX ISSUES
The 23rd annual Federal Tax Institute
On Thursday and Friday, April 29-30, 2004,
the law school will host the 23rd annual Federal Tax Institute.
Nationally recognized tax experts present a comprehensive,
practical update on this year's newsworthy tax developments
and their impact on tax planning, compliance and controversy
techniques. This year's keynote luncheon speaker is the
Honorable Mark W. Everson, commissioner of Internal Revenue.
Law students (JD only) enrolled at Chicago-Kent
are welcome to attend any or all of the program sessions
free of charge. Course materials and luncheon are
not included, however, copies of the materials will be
available in the library after the program.
If you are interested in volunteering
to work at the conference, in exchange for complementary
course materials and an opportunity to network at the
conference luncheon, please let us know when you stop
by the office (Suite 673) to register, or by e-mailing
rvicario. Pre-registration is required no later than Tuesday,
April 27, 2004.

some of the Continuing Legal and Professional Education
programs listed below. If you are interested in providing
some of your time to volunteer at any of these programs,
in exchange for complementary course materials and
