For corporate and other transactional attorneys, attorneys with small business clients, and attorneys interested in alternative fee generating models.

Attorneys representing new ventures and other organizational clients face several unique professional responsibility challenges. This program offers guidance to attorneys who must continually navigate gray areas of the Rules of Professional Conduct. Topics will include identifying your client, limiting the scope of your engagement, providing non-legal advice, spotting and managing potential conflicts, assisting with suspect transactions, and acquiring an interest in your client.
