The 28th annual Section 1983 Civil Rights Litigation Conference
On Thursday and Friday, April 14-15, 2011, Chicago-Kent will present Professor Sheldon Nahmod’s 28th annual Section 1983 conference. The conference features nationally prominent law professors and practitioners who offer instruction on both the fundamentals and the more advanced aspects of §1983 practice and trial skills, and analyze the latest case decisions.
Law students (JD only) enrolled at Chicago-Kent are welcome to attend any or all of the program sessions free of charge. Course materials and luncheon are not included; however, copies of the materials will be available in the library after the program.
If you are interested in volunteering to work at the conference, in exchange for complimentary course materials and an opportunity to network at the program reception, please let us know when you stop by the office (Suite 675) to register, or by e-mailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Pre-registration is required no later than Tuesday, April 12, 2011.
