The 30th annual Federal Sector Labor Relations
& Labor Law Conference
On Thursday, September 20, 2012, Chicago-Kent College of Law presents the 30th annual gathering of the longest running conference on federal sector labor relations and labor law held outside of Washington D.C. The day is composed of interactive discussion with federal agency leaders and distinguished area practitioners, including keynote speakers: David Mader, Senior Vice President, Booz Allen Hamilton Inc; Joseph E. Slater, Eugene N. Balk Professor of Law and Values, University of Toledo College of Law; Robert M. Tobias, Distinguished Practitioner in Residence, American University; Mark A. Robbins, Board Member, U.S. Merit Systems Protection Board; Jacqueline M. Krage Strako, Vice President, Area Operations, Great Lakes Area, U.S. Postal Service; Anne Dasovic, Assistant Counsel, National Treasury Employees Union; and Michael R. Mlakar, Manager, Field Labor Relations, U.S. Postal Service Headquarters.
Law students (JD only) enrolled at Chicago-Kent are welcome to attend any or all of the program sessions free of charge. Course materials and luncheon are not included; however, copies of the materials will be available in the library after the program.
