The Alumni Luncheon
The Law School Association (LSA) revived a long-standing Chicago-Kent tradition
by hosting an all-alumnae/i luncheon on April 27. Chicago-Kent alumnae/i
packed the Walnut Room at the Allegro Hotel (formerly The Bismarck) to
hear about the history and future of the law school, and to honor five
individuals. The capacity crowd included alumnae/i from graduating
classes between 1925 and January 1999. Dean Perritt spoke about continuing
the school's traditions of inclusion and innovation. Joel Daly, Class
of '88 and anchor at WLS-TV, emceed the event and bestowed the awards on
behalf of the Association to the following individuals:

The Honorable Warren Wolfson, Director of the Trial
Advocacy Program
Barry Maram, Class of 1971
Professional Achievement Awards:
Joel Weisman, Class of 1969, host of WTTW's "Chicago Week in
