Chicago-Kent Alumnus
Argues Before the Supreme Court
Chicago-Kent alumnus James Koch recently argued before the Supreme Court
in Illinois v. Wardlow. The Court narrowly held last week that police
could do a brief investigative stop based only on "unprovoked flight" from
police in a high-crime area. This week, Mr. Koch will visit Chicago-Kent
to discuss his experience preparing for and appearing at the Court.
