Chicago-Kent Basketball 75 Years Ago
In 1922 the Chicago-Kent basketball team
had a record of 5-3, which wasn't bad considering it was a brand new team
and had no gym of its own. The team was allowed to use the Continental
and Commercial National Bank gym once a week. The practice must have
paid off because they beat the bank team 36-7 that year. For more
Chicago-Kent history, check out The Transcript at KF 292.C42 A8
in the Information Center.
