General Library Policies

off or set the ringer to vibrate, and remember to take the phone
outside the library before you start your conversation. Drinks
may be brought into the library, provided that you dispose of
the container in the appropriate recycling bin when you are
finished. No food or drinks of any kind are allowed in the computer

The Library staff wishes to remind all students that the Library
is open to the public, and students should guard against petty
thefts by keeping their laptops and other valuables close at

received her MLS in Library Science from the University of
Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and her JD from Chicago-Kent
(’01). Prior to her arrival at Downtown Campus Library, Stephanie
worked at the Will County Legal Assistance Program and the
Legal Assistance Foundation of Metropolitan Chicago.
Eric Neagle has
joined the Library staff as the Circulation Supervisor. Eric
received his MS in Information from the University of Michigan
and his BS in Sociology from the University of Louisville.
Prior to his arrival at Downtown Campus Library, Eric worked
for the University of Michigan's Public Health Library and
Hatcher Graduate Library from 2001-2003 and the University
of Louisville's Ekstrom Library from 1993-2001.
