Library Upgrades Photocopiers

New photocopiers have been installed in the 9th floor copy room. You will see a marked improvement in the quality of photocopies on these machines as well as many new features. Conserve paper and lighten your load by making use of the double-sided copy feature. If you need assistance with any of the photocopiers, please contact a member of the Circulation staff.

Reference Librarian Hours

Monday - Thursday: 8:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.
Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Saturday: 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Sunday: 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

Holiday Library Hours: Labor Day (September 3, 4 and 5)

General Library Policies

Please be courteous and respect your fellow students by keeping your voices down and your study areas clean. Food should remain outside the library. If you must bring a cell phone, please turn it off or set the ringer to vibrate, and remember to take the phone outside the library before you start your conversation. Drinks may be brought into the library, provided that you dispose of the container in the appropriate recycling bin when you are finished. The Library staff wishes to remind all students that the Library is open to the public, and students should guard against petty thefts by keeping their laptops and other valuables close at all times.

Duke Law and Technology Review. The Duke Law and Technology Review focuses on brief, direct articles in the areas of eCommerce, Cyber Crime, Biotechnology, Copyrights and Trademarks. The articles are called issue briefs or “ibriefs”. The review is published on the first and fifteenth of each month during the school year. Recent articles are available as a PDF.
