Bob Surrette, '97 alum, is hosting a Markman hearing from 9:00-5:00p in the Courtroom. The parties in Patent Holding Company v. Delphi Automotive Systems Corporation, currently pending in the Eastern District of Michigan, Southern Division, will conduct a Markman hearing before Special Master John J. Held. Special Master Held is a founding partner in the Chicago-based intellectual property firm of McAndrews, Held & Malloy.
