We are pleased to announce that on Wednesday afternoon, November 9, 2005, Chicago-Kent College of Law will once again host oral arguments being held by the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. The oral arguments will take place from 2:00-4:00 PM in the Abraham Lincoln Marovitz Courtroom. Chicago-Kent previously hosted the Court in 1998.

Students who are interested in sitting in the courtroom should RSVP to Patricia O'Neal at poneal@kentlaw.edu. There is limited seating in the courtroom and therefore attendees will be selected in the order they RSVP. There will, however, also be an opportunity to watch the oral arguments via CCTV in the auditorium. RSVPs are not necessary for the auditorium. A reception in honor of the Court will follow at the conclusion of the session.
