Ehab M. Samuel
Ehab Samuel began his higher education by studying for a B.S. in Civil Engineering, which he received with honors, from the University of Windsor in Canada. In 1999, he enrolled full-time in two professional programs -- Chicago-Kent College of Law for a J.D. and University of Illinois at Chicago for an M.S. in Chemical Engineering. During law school, he served as a Notes and Comments Editor of the Chicago-Kent Law Review, and worked as a summer associate at Skjerven Morrill & MacPherson LLP.
In 2002, Mr. Samuel graduated from both programs and joined the Los Angeles office of Jones Day, LLP. Mr. Samuel left Jones Day in 2004 and returned back to school seeking advanced education. This time around, Mr. Samuel enrolled full-time in two Masters programs at The George Washington University -- an M.S. in Electrical Engineering and a Master of Laws (LL.M.).
Mr. Samuel currently works at the Orange County (CA) office of Greenberg Traurig. Mr. Samuel’s practice includes all aspects of intellectual property law with particular emphasis on litigation and procurement. His experience extends over a broad spectrum of technologies, including biotechnology, biomedical devices, electronics, computer architecture, computer networks, wireless and satellite communications, semiconductor devices, chemical processes, and construction equipment. Mr. Samuel also represents clients in front of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) for the unauthorized commercial use of their trademarks in domain names.
