Confirmation of Registration (Program Notices) 
Evening students may pick up their Fall Program Notices after 4:00 p.m., Monday, May 3rd. 
Program Notices for students in the day division will be distributed  after 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, 
May 4, outside the Registrar’s office. 
 
Priority Add/Drop  
Students who registered for the Fall, 1999 semester may change their schedules on Add/Drop 
days by completing an Add/Drop Form which is available outside the Registrar’s office.  Make 
sure to put your priority code in the upper corner of the form.  Submit the Add/Drop Form to the 
Registrar’s office according to the schedule listed below. 

Evening Division Students: A1-C4 by Tuesday, May 4, at 6:00 p.m. 
Day Division Students:  D1-F4, by Wednesday, May 5, at 12:00 noon 

Add/Drop Forms are processed randomly within the priority groups. 

Program Changes after Add/Drop Days 
You may submit a Registration Change Form to add open courses or withdraw from courses 
beginning Thursday, May 6.   Registration Change Forms will be processed in the order received. 
You may not add a course after the second week of the fall semester. 
  
Pass/Fail Elections for Spring, 1999 Courses 
The last day to revoke a pass/fail election for the Spring semester is Monday, May 3, 1999. 

Notice to Students Taking Exams on Computers  
If you want to take a final exam on computer, you must e-mail the Registar's office (REGQ) as soon as possible.  There are a limited number of lab seats available.  The Registrar's office will not accept any requests after 4:00 p.m., Friday, May 7, 1999. 

Students who will be taking a final exam on a computer are reminded to read the Rules and Regulations Governing Exams on Computer before the exam.  Copies of  the rules are available in the Registrar's office. 

February, 2000 Illinois Bar Applications 
The February 2000 Illinois bar applications are available in the Registrar’s office.  The exam will 
be administered on Tuesday and Wednesday, February 22 and February 23, 2000.  The filing
