Summer Final Exams on Computer

Students enrolled in summer courses may begin to sign up for exams on computer on Monday, July 3, 2000.  Sign up for computer exams ends July 12, 2000.  Students will not be allowed to sign up after the posted deadline.  Due to limited computer slots, some students may be entered in to a lottery for exam spaces.  Computer exam slots will be posted soon after July 12, 2000.

Exam Numbers

Students should continue to use the exam number that they were assigned for the Spring 2000 term.  If you do not have an exam number  please contact the Registrar's Office prior to your final exam.  If you have forgotten your exam number, please e-mail oracle@kentlaw.edu

Final Exam Reschedule

Students who wish to reschedule a final examination should consult §7.2 of the Student Handbook.

§7.2     Exam Schedule and Conflicts

The examination schedule is published with the class schedule before registration each semester. All students must take their examinations at the scheduled time, except as provided herein and in §§ 7.3 and 7.4. If a student registers for two courses with examinations scheduled at the same time, one examination will be rescheduled for the same day at a different hour, or for Evening Division students, within 24 hours. If a final exam is to be rescheduled, a Final Exam Reschedule form must be completed and submitted to the Registrar. In addition, the student must sign an Affirmation
of Nondisclosure stating that he/she has not and will not communicate with anyone about any aspect of the
examination.

A student will be deemed to have a conflict if he or she has three exams scheduled consecutively. A conflict does not
exist if two exams are scheduled on the same day, but at different hours.

Exam reschedules must be approved by the Student Services Office and the professor of the course.  Students should pick up a form outside of the Registrar's Office on the second floor. Students should then complete the form and bring it to the Student Services Office for approval.  Once administratively approved, the student should seek approval from the faculty member.  Please return all forms to the
Office of Student Services (550).  Once all approvals are obtained, students will be notified via e-mail of the date, time, and room number for the rescheduled exam.

If you have any questions, please contact Chris Matheny or Boo Choi in the Office of Student Services  at (312)906-5286 or stop by  the Office of Student Services.
