Graduation Applications 

Students who plan on graduating after the fall semester must submit a graduation application to the Registrar's Office no later than September 8, 2000.  Please note:  The Registrar's Office does conduct graduation audits on all applications, but it the students' responsibility to make certain all requirements for graduation are met.  If you have any questions, please stop by the office. 

Incomplete Make Up Notices 

Students who intend to make up an incomplete for the fall semester must notify the Registrar's Office by the end of the second week of classes.  Students making up incompletes should NOT register for the course.  If you register for the course, you will be billed.  You can pick up the incomplete make up notice in the Registrar's Office. 

ID Photos 

The Registrar's Office will take ID photos for students who do not have a student identification card at the following times: 

Mondays & Wednesdays 
10:00 - 11:00 am 
3:00 - 4:00 pm  
5:00 - 6:00 pm  

Fridays 
10:00 - 11:00 am 
3:00 - 4:00 pm  

Locker Requests 

If you have not received a locker assignment, forgotten your combination, or are having difficulties with your assigned locker, please stop by the Registrar's Office. 

Add/Drop Deadlines - Tuition Refunds 

12.10     Tuition Refund Policy 

Tuition is charged for all courses for which a student is registered unless the student officially drops the course in accordance with §3.10(a). There is no tuition charge for dropping a course and reducing credit hours if the change is made before the second week of class. If a course is dropped during the first two weeks of the semester, or the first week of the Summer term, there is no tuition charge if a course is added with an equal or greater number of credit hours. However, if a course is dropped after the first week and no course is added or a course is added with fewer credit hours than the dropped course, tuition will be charged for the reduction in credit hours according to the following schedules: 

Dropped during week 1 (0%) 
Dropped during week 2 (50%) 
Dropped after week 2 (100%) 

All course changes should be completed on-line using the Chicago-Kent  web registration system.  You can access the system at http://www.kentlaw.edu/depts/reg/webregistration.htm 
 

Fall 2000 Validation Stickers
