Office Hours and Contact Information.

The Registrar's Office hours are 8:30 am to 6:00 pm (Monday-Thursday) and 8:30am to 5:00 pm on Friday. If you have any questions regarding your academic records, the Registrar's office staff will be happy to assist you. You can call us at (312) 906-5080 or stop by Suite 220.

Change of Division Requests. Students wishing to request a change of division for the Spring semester (e.g., from evening division to full-time or part-time day division, or vice versa) should submit a request through the Chicago-Kent Web for Students site. (Log into Webmail, https://webmail.kentlaw.edu/exchange/logon.asp, click on the Web for Students icon, and then select "Request to change division" on the left-hand menu.) Please note: Students may not switch divisions until they have completed their first year. The request form will be available beginning Monday, October 20. The deadline for submitting the form is Monday, November 3, at 5:00 pm.

NEW: Enrollment Verifications

Chicago-Kent College of Law has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide enrollment and degree verifications. Go to enrollment verifications for further details.  This new service will replace enrollment certification forms through the Registrars office.

Replacement ID Cards

Beginning with the Fall 2008 semester, all incoming students have received a newly formatted Student ID card.  If your card is lost and needs to be replaced, there will be at ten dollar ($10) charge to receive a new one.  All continuing students with previous student ID cards who loose them, will receive one free "newly formatted student ID card".  If you loose the new card, a ten dollar ($10) charge will apply. 

 
HOW TO REPLACE THE LOST ID CARD:
  • Go to the Bursars office to pay the fee during normal business hours.
  • Bring the receipt to the Center for Law and Computers office Room 525 to deactivate the old card and activate the new card. 
  • Go to the Registrars office to get the new printed card.  

Weekly Staff Meeting

The office of the Registrar will be closed between 1 - 2 pm each Friday during the Fall semester.
