GET YOUR FLU SHOT BEFORE THE FLU GETS YOU!

Itís finals timeÖ you have cases to read and memos to write, and youíre in bed with a 102 temperature. Donít let this happen to you!  Get your flu shot.  The Office of Student Services is offering flu shots to all students, faculty and staff.  The cost of the shot is $10óa small price to pay for your well being.  Nurses from the main campus will be available during our Health Fair (1st floor lobby) on Wednesday, November 8th from 2:00-4:00 p.m. to administer the shots.

To receive a flu shot, you must submit a completed flu shot form (available outside of room 550 and the Registrar's Office) and $10 (cash or check made payable to Chicago-Kent College of Law) to the Student Services mailbox by 5:00 p.m., Friday, October 6, 2000.  Forms and payments may also be dropped off to room 550.
