The Author of Barman to speak on Monday.
Alex Wellen, author of Barman: Ping-Pong, Pathos, and Passing the Bar, will discuss what it takes to become an attorney and pursue both traditional and alternative legal careers. This program is sponsored by SBA and will be held on Monday, November 1, at 12:00pm in Room C50. For more information, contact Marc McCallister.

Election Night Party!

ASP Program: Preparing for and Taking Exams.
ASP presents the next installment of the Getting Started Series. Come and hear suggestions from faculty, administrators, and students about how to survive the exam period and succeed on your final exams. Valuable handouts will also be distributed. This program will take place on November 9, at 11:30am in the auditorium and November 10, at 5:00pm in room C50. Preparing for and Taking Exams is open to everyone.

Spring 2005 ASP TA Applications Available.
If you are interested in being a Teaching Assistant for a first-year class next semester, please submit an application by November 19, 2004. A complete application includes an application form, unofficial transcript, and a recent resume. You can find information about job responsibilities, grade requirements, compensation, and application forms at www.kentlaw.edu/academics/asp/ta_requirements.html. Application forms are also available on the table near the 3rd floor elevators.

We are hiring Teaching Assistants for Civil Procedure (Profs. Laser, Marder, Steinman, Stewart), Justice (Profs. Malin, Sowle, Warner, Wright), Property (Profs. Baker, Bosselman, Hamilton, Holbrook, Perritt), and Contracts (Prof. Rosen).
