William A. Boulware

William Boulware, a 1990 graduate of Dartmouth College and 1995 graduate of the University of Wisconsin Law School, spending 7 months on an International exchange at the University of Groningen, The Netherlands. Boulware worked primarily in Indian Affairs, Native American Law for roughly 11 years before relocating to Chicago to work in government affairs, contract and commercial development with a focus of retail, hospitality and commercial development with tribal governments and private developers on the reservation. Boulware starts his 7th semester as an adjunct at Chicago-Kent this Fall 2011.
