Robert A. Clary II

Mr. Clary is a partner at the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery, where he works with multinational corporate clients on international and domestic tax planning, including the tax aspects of domestic and cross-border acquisitions, divestitures, corporate restructurings, joint ventures and other corporate activities. Previously, he worked in the mergers and acquisitions group of the national tax office of a "Big Four" accounting firm in Washington, D.C. Mr. Clary graduated from the University of Miami School of Law (magna cum laude and Order of the Coif) in 2003 and subsequently earned an LL.M. from New York University School of Law.
