Louise C. Gross

Louise Gross has been an attorney for over 30 years at U.S. EPA’s Region 5 Office of Regional Counsel. For most of that time, she has been an Associate Regional Counsel and the Chairperson of the Clean Air Act Practice Group. Ms. Gross received her B.A. from the University of Michigan and her J.D. from Loyola University of Chicago.
