Harold S. Handelsman

Harold S. Handelsman received his B.A. in political science from Amherst College in 1968 and his J.D. degree from Columbia University School of Law in 1973. He has been a member of the Bar of the State of New York since 1974. Since 1978, he had been in house counsel to interests of the Pritzker family of Chicago and affiliated companies specializing in mergers and acquisitions. He currently serves as Executive Vice President and General Counsel for The Pritzker Organization LLC which provides services to various entities owned or controlled by interests of the Pritzker family. He has been a director of a number of public companies and is a director of numerous private companies.
