Jared graduated from Chicago-Kent College of Law in 2002 with a concentration in Intellectual Property.  After graduating, Jared served as General Counsel for 7Search.com until 2004.  In 2004, Jared joined AFN (formerly Advantage Freight Network) and created their legal department.  Today, Jared overseas various aspects of AFN's business including its claims, compliance, security and marketing departments.  Jared is the Chairman of the Government Affairs Committee for the National Cargo Theft Task Force. Jared has authored numerous industry articles and is a frequent speaker on issues of cargo theft, logistics contracts, cargo claims, insurance, carrier compliance and risks affecting the logistics industry.
