Łukasz Grzejdziak is an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Łódź. He received his M.A. degree from the University of Łódź. In 2007-2008 he was the Kosciuszko Foundation Fellow – Visiting Scholar at Chicago-Kent College of Law. His area of expertise is Polish and European Competition Law, US Antitrust Law and Public Business Law. At the moment he is working on his PhD dissertation on state aid for services of general economic interest.

Mr Grzejdziak gained significant practical experience within the scope of State Aid as well as Polish and European Antimonopoly Law while working for Comper Fornalczyk i Wspólnicy Sp. J. He participated as legal advisor in numerous antitrust, merger and state aid proceedings before the President of Polish Office for Competition and Consumers Protection and the European Commission. He led tens of workshops and trainings on state aid and antitrust law either for civil servants and entrepreneurs.
