With the generous cooperation and financial support of ABC Publishing House, Iustitia, ABA/CEELI, and Project Poland opened a judicial computer training center in Warsaw in 1998. The center has a fully interactive computer classroom, and a staff to train judges and court administrators. The center trains approximately 750 individuals a year.

Iustitia was formed in 1990. Its purpose is to promote the independence of judges, due process, and human rights. The association also provides a forum for judges to keep pace with the rapid development of Polish law and to prepare for issues raised by the European integration. Iustitia is the only national association of judges in Poland, with branches in 21 Polish cities representing over 1,200 Polish judges.
