Biographical Information:

Mr. Schodin received his B.A. in Chemistry from Knox College in Galesburg, Illinois in 1987. He also received his Ph.D. in Biochemistry from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, in 1992.

While attending Chicago-Kent, Mr. Schodin was a patent agent for Leydig, Voit & Mayer, Ltd. Mr. Schodin is now counsel to Abbott Laboratories regarding patent related matters. His practice is centered about Abbott's medical diagnostics division and focuses on contract and license administration, patent dispute resolution (including litigation and licensing), patent freedom of action advice, and patent procurement.
