Biographical Information:
Ms. Dollinger is the Deputy D.A. for the Washoe County District Attorney's
Office in Reno, Nevada. She is on the Child Protective Services Unit of
the Civil Division and represents the Washoe County Department of Social
Services when a child has been removed from his/her parent's custody due
to abuse and/or neglect. Ms. Dollinger is the attorney assigned to Family
Drug Court, handling all of the Administrative Appeals for Social Services.
She is also on the Temporary Protection Order Enforcement Unit of the
D.A.'s office where she represents the state in civil and criminal matters
when a defendant violates a temporary or extended protection order in
domestic violence cases.
Prior to working in the D.A.'s Office, Ms. Dollinger practiced family
law for Barber, Klearman, & Associates in Reno. She also worked for
Peterson & Ross, Chicago, doing insurance defense and securities work.
