Biographical Information:

Mr. Clarke works for the Federal Communications Commission in Washington, DC. Prior to his work for the FCC, Mr. Clarke was as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Illinois, where he specialized in public utilities. While at Chicago-Kent, Mr. Clarke was the Executive Assistant to the Dean and Director of Institutional Projects. He was also very involved with Chicago-Kent's Global Law and Policy Initiative and Operation Kosovo. He traveled to the Balkans several times to work with the Macedonian Court system. He also worked with Non-Governmental Organizations gathering War Crime Evidence in the aftermath of the Kosovo conflict.

Mr. Clarke received his B.A. in Philosophy from Wheaton College in Massachussetts.
