Biographical Information:

Ms. Kartha received her B.A. with a major in political science and a minor in English, from Northwestern University in 1997. Ms. Kartha graduated with high honors from Chicago-Kent College of Law in January 2002, with a certificate in Intellectual Property. She was also inducted to the Order of the Coif. Ms. Kartha was admitted to the Illinois Bar in 2002.

During law school, Ms. Kartha was editor-in-chief of the Journal of Intellectual Property and a staff member of the Chicago-Kent Law Review. Ms. Kartha is currently an associate with Wildman Harrold, where she focuses her practice in entertainment, promotions, Internet and intellectual property matters, including drafting production contracts for theater and film, drafting and reviewing co-promotion agreements, preparing contest and sweepstakes rules, and web site review.
