Biographical Information:
Ms. Neff received her B.A. in English and History from DePaul University,
where she graduated with honors. While at Chicago-Kent, Ms. Neff served
as an executive articles editor for the Chicago-Kent Law Review. Her comment,
Removing the Blinders in Federal Sentencing: Cultural Difference as a
Proper Depature Ground, was published in the 78th edition of the Chicago-Kent
Law Review. Ms. Neff also served as President of the Asian Pacific American
Law Student Association. In her second year of law school, Ms. Neff was
a judicial extern for the Honorable Ruben Castillo of the Northern District
of Illinois. Ms. Neff also served as a judicial intern for the Supreme
Court of the Republic of Korea following her first year of law school.
Ms. Neff graduated with honors from Chicago-Kent and was elected to the
order of the coif.
Currently, Ms. Neff is an associate with Jones Day.
