Biographical Information:
Mr. Li graduated with a B.A. in history from Renmin (People's) University
of China in Beijing, China in 1998. From 1998 to 2001, he was a
student in the graduate program at Renmin University of China School
of Law and graduated with an LLM in international economic law.
In 1999-2001, he served as foreign affairs assistant to Professor
Zeng Xianyi, Dean of Renmin University of China School of Law and
Chairman of the National Guidance Commission on Higher Legal Education
under the Ministry of Education of China. In 2000-2001, he was a
member of the Professor Guo Shoukang's research team for the presentation
on China's WTO entry and domestic legislation for China's National
People's Congress Standing Committee. Mr. Li's major academic interests
are international business law, comparative law, Chinese law and
World Trade Organization.
