Biographical Information
Mr. Halcomb attended as an evening student while working as a speechwriter for the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago. He earned his B.A. in economics from Northwestern University in 1993 and his M.A. in economics from Indiana University-Bloomington in 1999. In addition to his experience as an associate economist and speechwriter at the Chicago Fed, Mr. Halcomb has also taught economics at IU and Elmhurst College as an adjunct professor.
Mr. Halcomb was an Executive Articles Editor and Website Editor for the Chicago-Kent Law Review for the 2005-2006 school year. He also served as co-vice president of the Evening Law Student Society. His interests include antitrust, banking, and bankruptcy law. In his free time, Mr. Halcomb enjoys baseball, biking, and playing with his kids.
