Nicholas Gingo

Chicago-Kent Honors Scholar
Class of 2008

Biographical Information

Mr. Gingo is an associate at the IP boutique firm of Renner, Otto, Boisselle & Sklar, LLP in Cleveland, Ohio. As a member of the firm's Trial Practice Group, his main focus is on litigation at the pre-trial, trial and appellate levels, although Mr. Gingo's work also includes both utility and design patent application preparation and prosecution.

Mr. Gingo graduated with honors from Chicago-Kent with a Certificate in Intellectual Property Law. As a 3L Honors Scholar he wrote a paper that was selected for publication in the Texas Intellectual Property Law Journal, and as a 2L Honors Scholar he co-authored a paper published in Loyola University Chicago's Annals of Health Law.
