Biographical Information:

Benjamin Kidder

Ben Kidder graduated with honors in 2003 from Earlham College in Richmond, Indiana. He received a BA in Political Science and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. He went on to complete a Masters in Public Policy at Harvard University’s John F. Kennedy School of Government in 2005.

After graduating, Ben first worked as an assistant construction manager for the new U.S. Department of Transportation Headquarters in Washington, DC.  After moving to Chicago, he worked for two years as a financial analyst at The Rise Group, consulting for the Chicago Department of Water Management.

Ben is interested in issues of economic justice, civil rights, and open, efficient government. The summer after his first year of law school, Ben interned with the Chicago Coalition for the Homeless.
